Do you charge per user?
No. Each plan has a flat monthly price with a user cap. You don't get punished for adding a second tech.
What's included in the trial?
Everything in the Crew plan, free for 14 days. No credit card required to start. Pick a plan when the trial ends.
Can I import from another CRM?
Yes — direct importers for QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and a clean CSV path for everything else.
Are texts and calls extra?
SMS and inbound calls are included in fair-use volumes. Heavy outbound calling can be metered — we'll be honest if you need a Carrier add-on.
Is there a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel from your billing page. Annual plans get 2 months off if you want to lock it in.
Where's my data hosted?
Production runs in Canada (Toronto / Montreal), with backups encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 in progress.
